Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or MASTERTEX store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must receive a RMA from Customer Service, Please Contact Us. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.
